Product Descriptions
Artwork By Bourgeois has made every effort to supply accurate artwork information. However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. We are in a position to supply an accurate photographic representation of the product and should there be any reservations, this may be requested by submitting an email to this effect. Unless otherwise agreed, Artwork By Bourgeois retain the absolute rights and title to the publishing of prints or replication products from any original paintings of Catherine Bourgeois sold through this website.
Availability & Pricing
To our knowledge all items displayed on our website are available. Original paintings will only be removed from the sale section of the website once payment has been received and confirmed as such by Artwork By Bourgeois. All prices are quoted in British pounds.
Making a Purchase
We operate a shopping basket system for our standard purchasing routines. Artwork By Bourgeois, however, appreciate that for the more expensive items a degree of dialog covering such aspects of viewing arrangements may be necessary before committing to purchase. In such circumstances initial contact should be made by email. In the event of a cheque transaction being required, please request an invoice by email to facilitate payment. Once payment has been received and accepted, Artwork By Bourgeois will dispatch the product, safely and securely packaged, through normal registered postal methods. In the event of any variations or changes being necessary for whatever reason, Artwork By Bourgeois will immediately notify the customer by email or telephone.
Secure Payment with Paypal
We operate the payment system offered via Paypal, one of the world's largest credit card processing companies.To ensure there are no delays in processing your order, please provide your billing address connected to your credit or debit card and telephone number.
Payment by Sterling Cheque
If you are paying by cheque please write your name address on the reverse and make the payment to Catherine Bourgeois.
Shipping
We will confirm the despatch date, anticipated date of delivery and any relevant tracking information so you can be certain it is in transit. Overseas orders are placed at the customer risk and shipping costs will be quoted for separately.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) and you contact us within 7 days of receipt we will be happy to give you a refund or exchange for another painting. If your painting arrives damaged in transit you must return it within 7 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund. We only make a refund for artwork that is returned to us in its original condition accompanied with the original box .Please note that all refunds will be for the full price paid, but not for the cost of the postage. Clearly, it is your own responsibility to ensure the safe return of the product to ourselves and we would strongly advise that this is carried out through formal registered postal services where you are able to exercise appropriate safe and secure tracking controls.
